After launching the brilliantly named DUDE (Digital Usher for Disasters and Emergencies) in just 8 days to help with initial pandemic comms and operations management, Globe Telecom quickly saw the huge value bots provided.

Bots helped their Workplace channel adoption increase from 30% to 90% in less than a week, and DUDE went on to be used by 76% of staff on a daily basis. It was incorporated into all aspects of the business and promoted by all levels across the company, including the CEO. Their recognition program, Wanda, increased staff nominations by 900% year on year.
