Our customers use our easy to use flexible solution to transform their employee experience via bots and automated communications. Supporting tech companies, restaurants, retailers, telcos, hospitals, banks and pharmaceutical companies, among many global brands who use enterprise collaboration software such as Workplace from Facebook and Microsoft Teams.
Part account manager, part partner manager. We’re looking for a keen relationship builder, who can support one of our largest customers and key strategic partners growing the account and maximizing the product adoption, revenue opportunities and future relationship. You will become an expert on our platform and our offering to help our partner succeed with their goals. This is a brand new role, we have not had someone dedicated to this role previously, so we are looking for someone who can shape the future of the role and truly define it.
You will be joining a small but growing global enterprise sales team as our first US based representative. You will need to put people first, act with integrity, learn & evolve, solve problems and hopefully have fun while you do it.
This is a US based remote working role with some travel to the Bay Area, Austin and New York when required and safe to do so.
