We’ve grown from a team of 5 to 11 in 2017, and now in 2018 we intend to grow to a team size of 20 badass members by the end of the year.
We use Workplace by Facebook to help us communicate with each other. Some of the team are remote, others are in the London office.
Other tools we use (dependent on department), bots (and plenty of them), hubspot, phabricator, jira, blue jeans, google drive and the rest of g suite.
