ABM Manager
We are looking for someone to help us take our Account Based Marketing and demand generation activities to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B experience who’s looking to accelerate their marketing career at a fast-growing technology startup.
This is a remote working role with some optional travel opportunities. Candidates should be based in or have the right to work in the UK.

We are looking for someone to help us take our ABM and demand generation activities to the next level. You’ll be working directly with members of our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute an overarching strategy that’s consistently fueling our sales pipeline with quality leads from our target market.
We want you to help us answer the question: “What are our most effective, scalable and cost effective ways of generating quality leads among our ICP”.

Job Requirements
- You have at least 5+ years of experience working in a B2B ABM or demand generation role
- You have a track record in growing B2B / SaaS sales pipelines at companies with ARR of £1-2M+
- You are an expert in using Hubspot and/or similar CRM tools for contact tracking, lead scoring, messaging, automation and nurturing activities
- You have experience in ABM focussed pipeline retargeting and messaging segmentation
- You have a strong analytical mindset, are results focussed and data driven
- Bonus if you have any experience with targeting decision makers and C-Suite executives in HR, Internal Comms, Employee Experience, People and/or IT roles
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and leadership teams to identify key accounts
- Generate MQLs using Demand Generation and ABM techniques and strategies
- Create, plan and execute quarterly marketing plans that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities
- Develop GTM strategies and messaging that appeal to specific industry sectors and personas
- Own and develop a B2B enterprise SaaS lead generation playbook that’s consistently fueling our sales pipeline
- Being an expert in using Hubspot for lead generation, nurturing and re-engagement activities - including lead scoring, email marketing, paid media and retargeting
- Working with marketing and content teams to better promote and distribute demand generation and sales enablement materials to our target audience
- Coordinating activity across multiple demand-generation channels including web, paid, search, email, content syndication and events for ABM purposes
- Helping with the organization and execution of key events of interest to our ICP
- Guide budgets on ABM and demand generation activities with a focus on spend efficiency
- Measure, report and improve on the impact of marketing campaigns
